Kevin Costner has rebounded from his recent divorce by cozying up with singer Jewel, according to TMZ.
The pair recently spent more than a week of quality time together after flying out to Richard Branson’s Necker Island for a tennis fundraiser benefiting Jewel’s charitable organization, the Inspiring Children Foundation.
“There was definitely something going on,” one source told TMZ. “They were flirty, and when they were together, it was like they both just lit up.” Another source added, “You could tell they were trying to be discreet, but anybody who saw them could tell something was going on.”
As more evidence, Jewel shouted out her new beau in an Instagram post she shared about the fundraiser. “It’s an incredible time, and one I use to relax, rest and play w my son,” she wrote in the caption. “[Kevin Costner] was kind enough to mentor our kids this year.”
Costner and his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner recently settled a divorce after 18 years of marriage. While testifying during the divorce proceedings, the actor addressed the behind the scenes drama surrounding the hit series Yellowstone, in which he stars as patriarch John Dutton III, saying he’ll “probably go to court over it.”
Paramount Network recently set the premiere date for the second half of its fifth and final season, though it’s unclear how much Costner will appear in the episodes.
